Do You Offer Custom Orders For Parties Or Events?
Yes — I offer custom orders for parties, and events. If there’s something specific you’d like that isn’t on the menu, just send me a message and I’ll do my best to help!
I can also match flavour themes, character themes, or colour themes to suit your event.
For larger orders, I offer adjusted pricing depending on the quantity.
If you’re looking for something simple like a cookie cake or brownie slab, I also have a listing on my website where you can customise it yourself and order directly.
Do You Offer Delivery? And How Much Does It Cost?
Yes — I offer local delivery within a 6-mile radius for £3.50. You can check if your address is within the delivery area by entering it at checkout.
If you’re outside the delivery radius, collection from our treats trailer is always available instead.
When will I get my order?
You can choose your collection or delivery date at checkout.
If you place your order before 12pm, your order can be ready as soon as the next day. Orders placed after 12pm will need a minimum of two days, depending on the delivery or collection day you select at checkout.
Can Treats Be Reheated?
Yes! In fact, they’re even better reheated.
The best way is to place them on a tray in the oven at 160 °C for 4–6 minutes until they’re warm, soft, and the chocolate is perfectly melty.
If you’re in a hurry, 15–30 seconds in the microwave will also do the trick.
How Long Do Your Treats Stay Fresh, And What's The Best Way To Store Them?
We aim to make all of our treats on the day they’re delivered or collected. However, for morning deliveries or collections, your treats will be baked the night before.
Once received, store your treats in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 3 days. For the best texture, avoid storing your treats in the fridge, as this can dry the treats out.
